BIG A, little a, what begins with A?
More about Demicon later. I've got about two dozen people coming over in nine hours for our Dr. Seuss party, and I have to go back to the office because I forgot to bring home the soda pop. I also need to make more signs. We're serving (or providing, or having around as props)

Green Eggs and Ham [1]
Wuzzled Wheat [9]
Huckleberry Mish Mash [9]
Rocks in Box [3] (candy rocks)
Knox in Box [3]
Clocks in Box [3]
Rolls in Bowls [3] (aka Rolls of Unusual Size)
Who Pudding [2]
Who Roast Beast [2]
Blue Goo [3] (assuming I can find blue bubblegum)
Pink Ink [5]
Kweet Eggs [6] (assuming egg-shaped candy available this long after Easter)
Poobers [9]
Red Fish Blue Fish [5]
Oobleck [7]
Fifteen pickles and a purple plum [9]
And we'll be making the 500 hats of Bartholomew Cubbins. [10]

[Kim's salad] Plus some foods that don't have Seussian tags, like red licorice and cheese & condiments for the sandwiches, and Kim's creative green salad (similar to what she made for our party last year).

I'm pleased with the RSVPs - for the last few parties, everyone who's attended has RSVP'd. So I can predict a maximum population for the party, which is nice for planning purposes (buying the ham and roast beast, for example). It also means I can make nametags, because the parties often have a cross-section of different circles of friends who haven't been introduced.

Hungry, hungry, I am hungry. Table, table, here I come.
I could eat a goose-moose burger, fifteen pickles and a purple plum!

I could eat three bowls of goolash, half a pound of wuzzled wheat.
I could eat a peck of poobers, then I'd really get to work and eat!

Oysters, noodles, strawberry stroodles, French fries, fish hash, one red beet.
Lamb chops, wham chops, huckleberry mish mash, Oh, the things that I could eat!

Donuts, dumplings, blueberry bumplings, choc'late mush-mush, super sweet.
Clam stew, ham stew, watermelon wush wush, Oh, the stuff that I could eat!

Deep dish rhubarb upside-down cake, I could eat a frittered flum.
Hungry, hungry, I am starving! Table, table, table, HERE I COME!
